Returns
At DEUNIQ, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- with all tags and packaging intact
Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To ensure availability, exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- made-to-order or personalized items
- items that have been worn, used, or damaged
- items returned without original packaging or tags
- sale items and gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

European Union
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
